At anew, we offer All On Implants™, which is our concept of a full arch fixed teeth solution with as few as four implants on a titanium framework with your new teeth fitted. The fixed teeth are connected to the implants, making them function as closely to natural teeth and aesthetically pleasing. At anew, All on Implants™ takes into account not just your function, but also personalises each smile to every patient, so no one smile is the same. It is a treatment option for patients who do not want dentures anymore or have teeth that are deteriorating, and need a full mouth replacement of teeth.
It depends on the options you choose, we will tailor an option to your different budget and needs, and also provide superannuation and affordable payment plans for approved patients. As we perform all modern dentistry under one roof, you can be rest assured that we have other options and will recommend other options if you are not suitable for the All on Implants™ treatment.
We have an in-house GA team so you can have all treatment performed while you are asleep. If general anaesthesia isn't something you’d like to have done, we perform the surgery regularly with local anaesthesia with some relaxation tablets or happy gas to help with comfort and reduce anxiety.

We are one of the few providers in the nation that can provide the fixed teeth solution in between 1 to 3 days – so there’s no need to spend months wearing a temporary bridge.
The process starts by having a consultation with one of our dedicated treatment consultants and surgeons who will give you an unbiased assessment if the All On Implants™ treatment is suitable. Day 1, you will be in for the placement of the implants and fitting of a temporary bridge. 2 days later, you will be given your permanent and final bridge. Reviews on 4 weeks and 10 weeks are needed to ensure proper integration of implants and hygiene maintenance.

With your wax trial smile, you can preview what your new smile will look and feel like. We will also prepare your implant placement area, placing your implants and giving a full hygienic clean to prevent any infection or disease.
On Day 3, your permanent smile, crafted just for you is inserted and we do a complete review to ensure everything is looking and feeling perfect. If required any corrections or adjustments can still be made to ensure you’re absolutely looking and feeling your best.

The treatment length for All on Implants™ is as little as 3 days. This will involve removal on the first day and by the third day, you will be trying in your new smile.
